Nashville - Mrs. Thelma Batchelor Stallings, 72, died Wednesday, December 28, 
1988. 

Born April 22, 1916, in Nash County, she was the daughter of the late Larry C. 
Batchelor and Emma Coggin Batchelor and widow of Pearlie Robert Stallings.  
She was a retired textile supervisor.

Surviving:  sisters, Mrs. Mazell B. Pridgen and Mrs. Ruby B. Baines, both of 
Nashville; brothers, William A. Batchelor and Raymond R. Batchelor, both of 
Nashville.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Johnson Funeral Home chapel, 
Nashville, with the Rev. C. F. Boykin officiating.  Burial will follow at 
Forest Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday; other times 
at the home of Mrs. Ruby Baines, Route 2, Box 334, Nashville.

Additional Comments:
The obituary clipping was given to me by a relative, but the publication and 
date were not noted.  Deceased was my aunt.
