Nash County, NC - Obituary of George Ollie Woodard, 1965

George Ollie Woodard, age 68, of the Gold Valley Community in Nash County 
died October 23, 1965 on the farm. He was born on November 13, 1896, the 
son of the late James Henry Woodard and Mamie Wilder. 

He was survived by a wife Mamie Whitley Woodard and five sons -- George 
Vernon Woodard; Joseph Raymond Woodard; Carl Hassell Woodard; Bruce Henry 
Woodard, and Ollie Clifton Woodard. He was pre-deceased by his parents, a 
daughter Ruby Othell Woodard, and a son Joel Woodard. 

Funeral services were held at the Gold Valley Methodist Church with 
burial following in Spring Hope Memorial Gardens.
