In the Name of God Amen I Nathan Joiner of Nash County and State of North Carolina Being in sound memory but weake in Body But calling to mind the more Tality of my body Do make and ordain this my Last will and testament in mannor and form Following To wit

I Tem I give and Bequeath to my son Jonas Joiner one hundred and fifty Acres of Land one grey horse name Starling all the sider Casts to him and his heirs for ever

Item I give and Bequeath to my Daughter Mary Joiner one BeadStead and furniture to her and heirs for Ever

and the Balance of the Rest of my EState to Be equeal Divided between my two Above Named Children after paying my Just Debts and I do further more Nominate and Apoint my son Jonas Joiner Exetor to this my Last will and testament in writing whereon I have her unto Set my hand and Seals This the 14th day of March 1825

The foregoining last Will and Testament of Nathan Joiner dec’d was exhibited in open court and dulyu proven by the oaths of Amos Joiner & henry Joiner subscribing Wtness. Thereto and on motion ordered to be recorded.
