Item 1. I give and bequeath to my son William B. Joyner’s lawful children all my land on the north side of the great branch and Hicks Branch with the privilege of his living on it his life time to them and their heirs forever. Item 2nd. I give and bequeath to my son William B. Joyner’s lawfull son Wm N. Joyner one feather bed, bed stead and furniture to him and to his heirs forever. Item3. I give and bequeath to my nephew William N. Joyner son of Wm. B. Joyner my shot gun to him and his heirs forever. Item 4th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Joyner all of the balance of my land to her and her heirs forever. Item 5th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Joyner three feather beds and bed steads and furniture to her and her lawful heirs forever. Item 6th. I give and bequeath to my son Gils Joyner four dollars to him and his heirs forever. Item 7th. I give and bequeath to my son Nathan Joyner four dollars to him and his heirs forever. Item 8th. I give and bequeath to my son Wm. B. Joyner four dollars to him and his heirs forever. Item 9th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Joyner and my son Wm. B. Joyner’s lawful children all my ready money to be equally divided between them to them and their heirs forever. Item 10. I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Joyner the residue of my property of every discription to her and her heirs forever. Item 11th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Joyner all of my crop and all of my stock that I may have at the time of my death to her and her heirs forever also my will and desire is that my daughter Elizabeth Joyner pay my lawful debts and the necessary expenses of settling my estate without disposing of any of my property at public sale. Item 12th. I constitute and appoint my relative B. H. Joyner my executor to this my last will and testament the day and date above written given under and hand and seal.
