	Taylor, Josiah, Nash Co. Will file, CR.069.801.8, 8 Dec 1846, proved 
Feb Ct. 1847, “being of sound mind”, executor “my friend” Benjamin Mann, 
estate to be equally divided between my sister Mary Mann Winnifred Taylor and 
my brother Kinchen Taylor, signed Josiah Taylor (no mark), wit. Wm. E. 
Bellamy, Wm. Dozier.  Probate signed by (F) M. Taylor, CCC.  NC State 
Archives, 1-6-00.  Apparently two sisters mentioned.
