June Term, 1805

SAMUEL ASHE, by his next Friend

                 Vs.

JOSEPH MASKER and wife

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants,  JOSEPH 
MASKER and wife are not inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for four weeks in the Wilmington Gazette 
that unless the Defendants file an answer on or before next term. The 
Complainant’s bill will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte.
