STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   WILMINGTON DISTRICT   IN  EQUITY
Sept. Term, 1806

SAMUEL ASHE, by his next Friend
                      
       Vs.

JOSEPH MASKER & wife

Pursuant to an order of the said Court of Equity in the above cause, the 
depositions of JOHN WALKER and JAMES WALKER, and others, will be taken at the 
Court House in Wilmington on the tenth day of November next, on behalf of the 
complainant. At which time and place the parties interested may attend if they 
think proper.
                                                Test.
