  STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   WILMINGTON DISTRICT
  Jan. 1800

   Pursuant to a decree of the Court of Equity for the district aforesaid, in 
a certain case where SMITH, DESANTIRE, and DARREL were complainants and 
NATHANIEL CROCKER, defendant, will be sold in Wilmington, at public aucton, to 
satisfy said decree, on the first day of February next, a certain House and 
Lot in said Town, on the east side of Front Street, formerly belonging to the 
said NATHANIEL CROCKER, and now in the possession of BENJAMIN BLANEY, 
Merchants -- said Lot is 33-feet in front, and runs 165-feet back.
