                    TAXPAYERS' NOTICE
   The Subscriber informs those who were owners of carriages that did not make 
entry and payment of the duties last year, that unless they come forward and 
pay the same, agreeable to law, during the present month, that he will be 
under the necessity of returning their names to the attorney of the United 
States, to be sue without distinction. MR. ARCHIBALD CUTLAR, in Wilmington, 
will receive the same.
