May Term, 1813

GEORGE GIBBS

        VS.

DANIEL PICKET

Ordered by the Court that publication be made for three months in the 
Wilmington Gazette for the said DANIEL PICKET,  defendant, to appear at our 
next term of Court to be held on the second Monday of August next, then and 
there to replevy or plead to his petition or judgment will be granted against 
him.
