                NOTICE OF BANKRUPTSY
   Whereas, a Commission of Bankruptsy has been issued by the Honorable HENRY 
POTTER, Judge of the District Court of the United States for the North 
Carolina District against ABRAHAM MOSES ISAAK, merchant of the town of 
Wilmington; and he having thereupon been deemed and adjudged a Bankrupt, is 
hereby required to surrender himself to the Commissioners in the said 
Commission named, on Friday, the 8th day of April next, at eleven o'clock in 
the forenoon; and on Wednesday the 4th day of May, at eleven o'clock in the 
forenoon, at the office of the Commissioners adjoining the Compting House of 
JOSHUA POTTS, in the said twon of Wilmington and make a full discovery and 
disclosure of his Estate and effects, when and where the creditors are 
requested to come prepared to prove their debts; and at the second meeting to 
elect an Assignee or Assignees of the said Bankrupt's estate and effects; and 
at the slast sitting, the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination, 
and the creditors are to assent to or different from the allowance of his 
certificate. All persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that they have any 
of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same, but to whom the 
Commissioners shall appoint.
