ADMINISTRATOR’S NOTICE
Notice is hereby given, that the subscriber, at the Nov. Term of the Court of 
Pleas & Quarter Sessions of New Hanover, has qualified as Administrator on the 
estate of  WILLIAM KIRKPATRICK, merchant, deceased. All those indebted  to the 
said estate are requested to make payment immediately, and those having claims 
against said estate are notified to present them duly authenticated within the 
time prescribed by law, or this notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
