                    EXECUTOR'S NOTICE 
   Notice is hereby given, to all persons  indebted to the  estate of JOHN 
LEVINGSTON, deceased, to make payment immediately and those having claims 
against said estate are notified to present them duly authenticated within the 
time prescribed by law or this notice will be plead in bar of their recover.
