                 COURT DECREED SALES
   On the fourth day of the ensuing Superior Court will be sold at public 
vendue, in the town of Wilmington, the following lands, belonging to the 
Subscriber, viz.: 640 acres on the forks of Long Creek patented by RUFUS 
MARSDEN, ESQ; 360 acres on the North side of Long Creek, joining lines of JOHN 
SWANN and ARMAND DE ROSSETTE, Esqs, deceased. One third of the purchase money 
to be paid immediately, and the credit for the other two-thirds to be made 
known at the time of sale.
