STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA,   IN EQUITY    NEW HANOVER COUNTY
Oct.  Term, 1812

WILLIAM MATCHETT

        VS.

EXECUTORS OF JOHN MATCHETT, deceased and the HEIRS OF MARY MATCHETT

In the above cause in the Court of Equity, held in Wilmington at October Term, 
1812

An Order was made that unless the complainant appear before the  appear before 
the Clerk and Master of the said Court, to be held in Wilmington on the third 
Monday after the 4th Monday in March, 1813, and enter into bond with two good 
and sufficient securities, for the effectual prosecution of said suit, or said 
suit will be dismissed. Ordered further , that notice of, and order be given, 
by publication in the Wilmington Gazette for six weeks.
