COURT DECREED SALE
    On the 20th day of December next, will be sold at the Court-House in 
Wilmington, a Tract of land with the Improvements thereon (Sloop Point) to 
satisfy sundry executions vs. DANIEL McCLAMMY, returnable to the January 
Court. – There is a good house, with out houses thereon, and the land is an 
excellent quality. A further description is unnecessary, as it is well known.
