THOMAS C. RESTO

        VS.

SAMUEL MORRIS and JOHN MASSEY 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants in this 
cause, SAMUEL MORRIS and JOHN MASSEY are not residents of this State. It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three months in 
the Wilmington Gazette for the said SAMUEL MORRIS and JOHN MASSEY, defendants, 
to appear at the  next term of  said  Court to be held on the second Monday of 
February next, then and there to replevy or plead to his petition or judgment 
will be granted against him.
