                 EXECUTRIX'S NOTICE
   Notice is hereby given that the Subscriber, has qualifed as Executrix to 
the last will and testament of CALEB NICHOLS of New Hanover. Those indebted to 
the said estate are requested to make payment immediately and those having 
claims against said estate are notified to present them duly authenticated 
within the time prescribed by law or this notice will be plead in bar of their 
recovery.
