                     TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1798
   The Subscriber will receive taxes for the year, 1798, on the days of the 
Election, and at any time in Wilmington, preceeding those days.
                         WM. NUTT, Sheriff
Note: The following persons, viz, PETER MAXWELL, JAMES LARKINS, JOHN 
BLOODWORTH, WILLIAM JONES, SAM. BLOODWORTH, WILLIAM GREEN, ROBERT NIXSON, and 
JOHN P. WILLIAMS, ESQS. were appointed at the last Court to receive list of 
taxable property for the year 1799.
