                      NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
   The Copartnership of POTTS and GIBBS expires by mutual content on the 30th 
of this instant (September). All persons who have unsettled accounts with said 
Firm will please render the same for settlement to GEORGE GIBBS, who has in 
possession their Books and Papers and who is authorized to collect the debts, 
give discharges, etc.
