COURT DECREED SHERIFF’S SALE
   Pursuant to a Writ of Venditions Exponas to me directed, will be sold at 
the Court House on the 30th September,
•50 acres land belonging to JACOB POWELL, lying one mile below Moore’s Creek 
joining JAMES MALPASS, SIMON MALPASS & BEN MOORE’S land at suit of DAVID TUMAN 
vs. JACOB POWELL and MR. SHARPLESS.
