                     EXECUTOR'S SALE
  TO BE SOLD -- On Monday, the 23rd of the present month, part of the 
perishable property of the late HENRY TOOMER, consisting of household 
furniture, riding chairs, carts, a carriage, two pettiaugers, a luggage boat, 
some cattle, with a variety of other articles. The conditions as usual in such 
cases. By order of ANTHONY B. TOOMER, Executor.
