Nov. Term, 1812

WILLIAM H. VANN

          Vs.

WILLIAM M. FISHER

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that WILLIAM M. FISHER, the 
defendant in this cause is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that notice be made for three months in the Wilmington 
Gazette that unless the said defendant, WILLIAM M. FISHER, appear at the next 
term of said Court to be held on the 2nd Monday in February next and replevy 
or plead to his bill, or judgment will be granted against him.
