Nov.  Term, 1812

JAMES W. WALKER

        VS.

WILLIAM M. FISHER 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant in this 
cause, WILLIAM M. FISHER  is not an resident of this State. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for three months in the 
Wilmington Gazette for the said WILLIAM M. FISHER, defendant, to appear at 
the  next term of  said  Court to be held on the second Monday of February 
next, then and there to replevy or plead to his petition or judgment will be 
granted against him.
