Witnesseth that the said Lewis HINES, Jun. for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds current money of the state aforesaid to me in hand paid by Lewis HINES, Senr. of the said County and State aforesaid, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and myself to be therewith fully intended satisfied and paid, have given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoff and confirm unto to him the said Lewis HINES, Sen, his heirs and assigns one tract or parcel of land lying & being in New Topsail Sound containing by estimation one hundred and ten acres beginning at a dead? Gum and Stake on the Sound, thence with the old line North fifty west 192 poles to a stake thence South forty one west 92 poles to a stake. In White BARRACKS line thence South fifty east 192 Poles to the sound, then along the sound to the first station, which Lan is part of a Patent of Land granted Comfort DAVIS and Lawrence HAWLEY which land fell to Michael LOBAR? himself at the death of his father Peter LOBAR and by said Michael LOBAR? transferred to Lewis HINES, Junr. by deed and by the said Lewis HINES, Jun. to Lewis HINES, Sen. To have and to hold sd. aforesaid tract or parcel of Land lying and being —— with —————privileges with all woods, ways, waters, water courses profits hereditaments to the same belonging or in any ways appertaining unto him he said Lewis HINES Sen. his heirs & assigns forever and I the said Lewis HINES, Jun. do for myself my heirs Executors & administrators covenant to and with the said Lewis HINES, Senr. his heirs and assigns in manner forever that is to say that it shall be lawful to and for the said Lewis HINES, Sen. to have hold —occupy possess and enjoy the pre bargained premises and appurtenances without any molestation or hindrance whatsoever and I the said Lewis HINES, Junr. for myself executors and administrators covenant and agree to and with the said Lewis HINES, Sen. his heirs or assigns, that I will at any time hereafter to perform and execute all and every act or — deed or deeds conveyance or assurance for the good and perfect assigning and making and conveying all and Singular the premises and appurtenances as by said Lewis HINES, Sen. his heirs and assigns or by his or their council Learned in the shall be reasonably Devised advised or requested.
