Indenture dated 8 Sep 1803 between Thomas Robeson Et Al to Thomas Jennings, both of
Wilmington, Merchants.

Thomas Robeson, Thomas Callendar and Elizabeth his wife, Mary Kirkwood and Anna Jane
Kirkwood Spinsters all of the one part and Thomas Jennings of the other part.

For the sum of four hundred and sixty dollars for land in the town of Wilmington
being part of Lot No 26 once owned by James Carson now by said Thomas Jennings on 
which stands a brick house and adjacent to the western side of Trent Street with 
the free privilege of an alley agreeable to the last will and testament of Thomas 
Cunningham deceased consisting of the five plots in breath and running the whole 
length of said lot number twenty six on the southern side thereof; Thomas Robeson 
for one half, Thomas Callendar and Elizabeth his wife for one sixth part, Mary 
Kirkwood for one sixth part and Anna Jane Kirkwood for one sixth part share in 
proportion of said premises.
