 -- On the first Monday of last month, JOSHUA G. WRIGHT, JAMES W. WALKER, 
ARMOND J. DeROSSET, JACOB HARTMAN and THOMAS JENNINGS, ESQS. were appointed 
Commissioners of Wilmington for two years ensuing.
