She has been in this town since July last, but indisposition precluded her making a tender of her services to the public until now. At the encouragement the hopes for must depend in a great degree on her being properly qualified for the above business and as proof thereof, she subjoins the following certificate. Glasgow College, 12 May, 1796, These are to certify that MRS. AGNES McKINLEY has regularly attended my course of Lectures in Midwifery, for one session of the College, and had undergone all the usual Examinations with approbation, and further that the said MRS. AGNES McKINLEY has purchased the knowledge and practice of Midwifery under my direction at the Lying in Hospital, where she had opportunities of assisting at a variety of Labours. -- In testimony whereof, this certificate is subscribed by me.
