N. C. Gazette (Wilmington) February 12, 1766
 -- STOLEN; or taken out of the House of JOHN ROGERS by mistake, a blue Drabb 
Cloth Cloak, with a double cape, a Button on the neckj, and a Tape loop for 
the same; with six blind Holes on each side of the Fan behind.-- If it has 
been taken by mistake 'tis hped that it will be immediately return'd. If 
stoen: Three pounds Reward will be given for securing the Cloak and Thief; or 
40 shillings for the Clak only.
