JOHN SIBLEY, formerly of Fayetteville, in this State, is appointed by the President of the United States, Agent and Superintendent of Indian Affairs, for all the Indian tribes south of the Ozark River, is occasionally to hold Talks and Conferences with them, and distribute presents among them, discretionary; for which purpose suitable goods, we learn, are on the way to him at Natchitoches.
