    Notice is hereby given that an Election to Elect an Elector for President 
and Vice President of the United States will be held in the County of New 
Hanover at the House of THOMAS ROGERS, Black River, on Saturday, the 3rd inst. 
for South Wilmington and on Monday, the 5th at the House of Mrs. Edens on 
Topsail Sound, and Long Creek Bridge on  Wednesday, the 7th, and at the Court 
House in Wilmington on Friday, the 9th of November, next.
