   FOR SALE, on reasonable Terms for Prompt payment -- a valuable tract of 
land in the State of Tennessee, containing one thousand acres, on the waters 
of the Red River and Spring Creek, adjoining the surveys of JOHN ELLIOTT and 
MR. SHELBY. The above tract of lands likes within seven mkles of Clarksville, 
and is equal in fertility of soil and range to any in its neighborhood. For
