The Wilmington Daily Herald January 7, 1860
Public Notice
Is Hereby given that at the expiration of three months from the date
hereof, application will be made to the President, Directors and
Company of the Bank of Cape Fear for a new Certificate for two
shares of the stock of said Bank, in lieu of two lost certificates of
one share each, No. 973 and 974, bearing the date August 3, 1807,
and standing in the name of Donald McInnish.    
                                          John McRae, Ex. of Duncan McRae who
was the Ex. of Donald McInnish.
