   -- We hear GEORGE MONTAGU, ESQ. is made P. Captain and is appointed to 
command the "Fowey"; vice CAPT. WARDEN resigns; CAPT. JAMES succeeds MR. 
MONTEGU in the "King Fisher" and CAPT. THORNBOROUGH in the "Tamer."
