   We hear with regret, that by reason of bad health, ALFRED MOORE, ESQ. of 
this State, has been induced to resign his office of Associate Justice of the 
Supreme Court of the United States. We lament that the community are to be 
deprived of the future services of so able, independent and upright a Judge. --
