To the Republican Citizens, resident of Wilmington District:
   We have the pleasure of announcing that the tried patriot and firm friend 
of American Liberty, the Honorable SAMUEL ASHE, will serive, if he should 
obtain the suffrages, as an Elector of President and Vice President of the 
United States.
