Wilmington Gazette, Thurs. Dec. 31, 1801 December 31, 1801
   Inveagled away on Monday last, ELIZABETH BAXTER, underage daughter of 
ANTHONY BAXTER, Hat maker, in Wilmington. Whoever detains or harbours her 
after publication of this advertisement shall be prosecuted with the utmost 
rigour of the law. All masters of vessels and others are forewarned carrying 
her off.
