Wilmington Gazette, Thurs. Feb. 4, 1802 February 4, 1802
   BROKE GAOL -- On Saturday night last, the 16th instant, JOSHUA SUTTON, 
committed on suspicion of stealing a Negro, JOHN RIGGAN, committed on 
suspicion of horse stealing. All officers in the different counties are 
requested to apprehend and bring them back.
