   At a meeting of his Majesty's commissioners for Trade and plantations, on 
Tuesday,m April 11, 1769

Present earl of Hillsborough, one of his Majesty's secretaries of state

WILM. FITZHEBERT                      THOMAS ROBINSON

Their lordships took into their further consideration a memorial of several 
merchants trading to North Carolina containing proposals for better regulating 
and encouraging the importations from thence into this kingdom, of pitch, tar, 
turpentine, oak leaves and heading; and several merchants, subscribers to said 
memorials and interested in the subject, thereof, attending.
