The Cape Fear Mercury May 11, 1774
   -- WILLIAM ROWAND, Sadler, from Glasgow, take this opportunity to inform 
the public that he has taken a Shop in Wilmington, near the Court-House, where 
he intends to carry on that branch of Business in all its parts; Gentlemen in 
Town or Country, who will be so kind as to favour him with their work, may 
depend upon having every thing in the newest fashion and upon the most 
reasonable terms.
