-- We proceed to the performance of a painful duty in announcing to the 
public, the calamitous bereavement, to her family, in the dissolution of MRS. 
JANE HILL, wife of DR. NATHANIEL HILL of Wilmington. 
   This lady closed on the morning of the 10th instant, a life of 28 years. To 
hallow, in spendid panegyric, the memory of the dead is among the kindest 
offices of humanity. But so trodden all the walks of weeping eulogy that the 
monotony of praise begins to tire the ear and pall the taste.
