Thurs. May 5, 1803   Wilmington Gazette
   DIED, yesterday morning, very suddenly, MR. MATTHEW JOHNSTON, Grocer, of 
Wilmington. Suspicion of premature death being entertained, two physicians 
were immediately called in and a jury of inquest summoned, who after a strict 
examination of the body, discovered that his death was occasioned by a wound 
in the side with a pen-knife, which was afflicted the evening before by his 
wife, UNITY.
