DAVID WILSON, SR., Prize-Master of the Schooner, "Liberty" of Norfolk, which arrived here last week, a prize to the Letter of Marque Brigantine "Samuel" of Baltimore, commanded by DAVID WILSON, JR. The schooner, "Liberty", was recaptured on the 9th ult. and ordered for Baltimore, but on account of bad weather, and being put in want of water, etc., put into this port in distress.
