James NIXON born 1789 in New Hanover County, NC married Henrietta WILLIAMS, 
December 30th, 1812.
Henriette WILLIAMS was born February 25th, 1800.
She was the daughter of Hill WILLIAMS and Selah GREGORY of Onslow Co., NC

Their Children:

Selah NIXON, born Aug. 3rd, 1815.
Nancy NIXON, born Oct 29th, 1820.
Davis James NIXON, born Feb. 10, 1826.
Charles Williams NIXON, born, March 13, 1828.
Hill Williams NIXON, born Oct. 20, 1828?
Nicholas NIXON, born Sept. 11, 1830.

Marriages

Nancy NIXON, & Woodman Stokley SUDBURY were married Feb. 13th, 1838.
David James NIXON married Mary Cahatrine SHEPPARD.
Hill Williams NIXON and Susan A. REDD were married April 1st, 1853.
Woodman Stokley SUDBURY was born Aug. 26, 1792 and died Nov. 27, 1866.
Nancy Nixon SUDBURY died Nov. 26, 1866.
Selah NIXON died Feb. 10, 1869.
Davis James NIXON died Nov. 19, 1902.
Mary Catherine SHEPHERD was born May 15, 1831 and died Nov. 30, 1871.
Charles Williams NIXON died March 19, 1858 (killed by a negro slave).
Nicholas NIXON died Feb. 22nd 1855 - unmarried.
