Bannerman is entitle to receive out of the Public Treasury the sum of $4 20/100 for the payment of which this shall be a Warrant. Will Miller (signed) Note: William Devane was born in 1786, the son of John Devane Jr. and Ann Julian Evans. He was a resident of New Hanover County, NC until after 1820. He married Olive Holloway. In 1840, he was a resident of Coweta County, GA. In 1850, he was in Marion, GA. He died in 1863 in Troy, Pike County, AL.
