Therefore calling unto mind the mortality of My body and knowing that it is appointed for all mortals once to die do make and ordain this my last will & Testament this is to say commend my soul unto the hands of God that gave it and for my body. I recommend is to the Earth to be buried in a Christian like manner at the discretion of my executor. Nothing doubting but as the general resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God and as ---thing such worldly & statue wherewith it hath pleased God to blefs me in this life, I give devifee and dispose of the same in the following manner and form Imprimis: I give and bequeath unto Andrew Spearman whom I make and ordain my only and sole executor of this my last will and teftament able and singular my lands - mefsugazer and linemint together with all my houfhold goods and moveables & likewise of every endevidle which I now pofefs by him freely is to popsesed & inioyed by him his heirs and afsigns for ever and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and difannule all and every former teftaments wills legacies and executions by one in any way before this time named will and bequeath ratifying and confirming this and no other so be my last will and testament in wittnifs where as have unto sett my hand and seal the day and year above.
