(1) JOHN DICKINSON received "Talley's Place" consisting of 330 acres at the fork of Uruha Swamp on Pottycasy Creek, the plantation and mill seat consisting of 223 acres, the "Davis Place" consisting of 52 acres on the north side of Curbin Creek and the "Campbell place" consisting of 85 acres on the north side of Pottycasy Creek. (2) LAWRENCE DICKINSON received the manor plantation consisting of 831 acres on the south side of Pottycasy Creek and the south-east side of Uruhaw Swamp adjoining PARKER, SAMUEL PARKER and DAVID DICKINSON, "Boon's Place" consisting of 182 acres on the south side of Panter Swamp and "Moore's place" consisting of 65 acres on the north side of Pottycasy Creek.
