Cross his former guardian as for audited amount two hundred and five dollars and seventeen and one quarter cents and the following negroes to wit; seven named, and an eight part of the negroes that descended to the heirs of John Pipkin deceased, from the estate of Isaac Pipkin, Senr., December the 5th, 1815. Pursuant to the annexed order to us directed, we the undersigned Commissioners have received and valued the negroes and divided the same as below stated and allotted to each member five hundred and forty seven dollars and fourteen cents; Lot No. 1 - to Henry Pipkin, Harvil valued to four hundred and twenty five dollars, and received from No. 6 - fifty two dollars and eighty six cents, and from No. 3 - sixty nine dollars and twenty eight cents Lot No. 2 - to Thomas Pipkin, Sam three hundred and seventy five dollars, Moses, one hundred and sixty dollars and to receive from No. 7 - twelve dollars and fourteen cents Lot No. 3 - to John Pipkin, Jacob three hundred and seventy five dollars, Rose two hundred and fifty dollars and to pay Lot No. 1 - sixty nine dollars and twenty eight cents and to pay Lot No. 4 - eight dollars and fifty eight cents Lot No. 4 - to Elizabeth Pipkin, Tony four hundred dollars, Rachel one hundred dollars and to receive from No. 3 - eight dollars and fifty cents and to receive from Lot No. 7 - thirty eight dollars and fifty six cents Lot No. 5 - to Martha Pipkin, Warwick four hundred dollars, Winnifred one hundred and twenty dollars and to receive from Lot No. 7 - twenty seven dollars and fourteen cents Lot No. 6 - to Isaac Pipkin, Jerry three hundred and fifty dollars, Arthur two hundred and fifty dollars and pays to Lot No. 1 - fifty two dollars and eighty six cents Lot No. 7 - to Mary Pipkin, Tom three hundred and twenty five dollars, Nancy three hundred and fifty dollars deduct for Betty an invalid fifty dollars, pays to Lot No. 4 - thirty eight dollars and fifty six cents and pay to Lot No. 5 - twenty seven dollars and fourteen cents and pays to Lot No. 2 - twelve dollars and fourteen cents Given under my hand and seal this 27th day of December 1815 (Signed) Lewis Woodard Riddick Darden John Darden, Senr James Boon Northampton County March Court 1816 This division of negroes was returned into Court by the Commissioners decreed by the Court to be binding between and among the parties and ordered to be recorded Teste.
