You shall not be of wrong counsel with any powers in a quarrel hanging before you. You shall not let for gift or other causes but you shall well and truly do your office of Justice of the Peace on that behalf-you shall not direct or cause to be directed any warrant by you made to the parties, but you shall direct them to the Constable of your county or some other of the State's Officers or Ministries or other indifferent persons to do execution thereof.
