Northampton
Written: February 20, 1749

 20  Feb. 1749 WILLIAM HALE and ANN, his wife, to MATTHEW THOMAS of 
Northampton, for a valuable consideration the said WILLIAM and ANN, his wife, 
shall not at any time hereafter sue for or challenge the plantation and tract 
whereon the said WILLIAM and ANN, now dewell, whereof the said MATTHEW THOMAS 
is possessed by virtue of the death of PHILLIP THOMAS, his father, lately 
deceased. Witness: THOMAS CREW, WILLIAM WINBOURNE.
